About The Author
My name is Sabrina Macy and I am originally from Washington State. I moved to Texas a few years ago after I joined the Military. I served for six years before I got out to pursue other dreams. I spend my free time painting, collecting plants, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
When I was young, I loved writing. It was my passion and dream to become a published author. I wrote many short stories and even a book of poems! Flim and the Crawling Glowworm is just one out three stories Flim is a part of. One day, Flim may make a public appearance in another crazy adventure.

Hi! My name is Sabrina Macy and I love books. Flim came to life when I was just 12 years old. I loved imagining different worlds and the creatures who would come alive in them. I got my main inspiration for Flim, on late weekend nights when my parents let me play video games. There was a character who wore a long red trenchcoat and had green skin. I decided that his name was going to be Flim and he would go on lots of adventures with me.
In Flim and the Crawling Glowworm, Flim took an unexpected adventure on the beach. Flim met a new creature, the Glowworm, and spends the day running from him! The Glowworm wants to be best friends with Flim, but Flim is so scared!
Flim finally faces his fears of the Glowworm and helps the Glowworm find his way back to his home at the beach.
Flim is all about facing your fears to help others. This book teaches that even when you’re scared, you can work through your fear to help someone.
